Automated IBM training Curation flow
The IBM Skills Gateway has an immense amount of training modules. We were tasked with finding an easier, more efficient way to to curate learning "tracks," made of a combination of training modules relevant to enterprise user needs. We thought this could be achieved through automation.
We called our end user Heleanor, the modern cat lady. She is a content curator for IBM training. She loves pad thai, crocheting, and Buffalo Exchange consignment/thrift shop.
Upload PDF with track requirements specified by enterprise
Relevant keywords are automatically curated from track requirements
After keywords are approved, an existing track with similar keywords is displayed. Otherwise, a new track including modules relevant to the keyword is displayed.
Content curators can add or delete modules, rename tracks, and request new modules.
